This dealership is truly the best dealership I have ever dealt with. The owner is a very nice and honest person. We met Saul and hunter and Cody. The office manager is Alice she is a fantastic lady who has a heart of gold.our new used vehicle seems perfect and was checked on by a outside mechanic and it checked out really good. I'm a veteran and they don't offer veterans discount because they already have the best prices in Tennessee.

I always dreamed of having a Type R and five stars auto made it happened. Everyone was so nice and friendly It made the experience better. Chris Cook was amazing. he’s not just an amazing salesman but a good humor person. He treated me and my dad with up much respect and kindness. Definitely telling people about this place and him. Also wanna say that Cody was also amazing and helped me through everything and talked about my other car. Definitely love this place and the people that works there. 💕

I struggled finding a car dealer that was honest and fair on pricing. I had some really bad experiences in my search until I came across Five Star. Chris and the gang were awesome. I asked for pictures to prove the car actually looked like what they was selling online. Chris took the time to do multiple videos to show me just how nice the car really was not some stock photo like some dealers did. I drove 2-1/2 hours and it was well worth it. They picked a good name for sure.

I purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 from Five Star Auto today. Salesman Chris Cook was very instrumental in helping me to make my decision to purchase this truck. Because I live over an hour away from their Maryville location, Chris was able to answer all my questions with phone calls and text messages. His responses back to me were always very prompt, very positive and very professional. If I were looking to purchase another used vehicle I would definitely go see Chris Cook first. After I decided to purchase this truck Chris introduced me to Mr. Hunter Casto to finalize the deal and associated paperwork. I found Mr. Casto to be extremely polite, easy to talk with and very professional. He, like Chris, made my overall purchasing experience a positive one. The owner of Five Star Auto is very fortunate to be able to employ these two sales professionals.
